2. Service Bookings and Payments

• All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due by the event’s end time unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled event.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at our discretion if payment is not received or if behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
• All financial transactions are processed securely, but ArtIzLyfe is not responsible for third-party payment platform errors or delays.

3. Use of Our Services

By using our photo booth or website, you agree:

• To provide accurate information when booking or communicating with us.
• Not to engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct, including harassment, hate speech, or spam.
• To use captured photos and media only for personal and lawful purposes.
• That you are responsible for any damage to ArtIzLyfe equipment or property caused by you or your guests during your event.

We reserve the right to disable or refuse future service to any customer who violates these Terms.

4. Content Ownership and Copyright

• All branding, logos, and visual designs on ArtIzLyfe.com are owned by ArtIzLyfe and protected by copyright.
• Event photos and media remain the property of the event host and participants; however, by default, ArtIzLyfe may use select event images for promotional or portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing before your event.
• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute our designs, images, or website content without prior written permission.

5. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to keep our website and services accurate and reliable. However:

• ArtIzLyfe does not guarantee the website will be free of errors, interruptions, or downtime.
• We are not liable for technical issues, misprints, or delays caused by system maintenance or third-party platforms.

We may update, change, or temporarily disable parts of the site or service at any time without prior notice.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Disclaimer: Any photos taken by ArtIzLyfe photo booth, I hereby grant the {ArtlzLyfe.com) permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media ("photo") in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the {ArtlzLyfe.com) and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize the {ArtlzLyfe.com} to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the {ArtlzLyfe.com) from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
